RETURNS
  • If you receive a WRONG ITEM please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item and we will provide you with return shipping address. We will replace the item with no additional cost to you.
  • If you purchased an item, change your mind within 7 calendar days of purchase and want to return the item, please contact us and we will provide return address as long as the item is NOT OPENED and Factory Package is not tampered. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping). We may charge 20% re-stocking fee.
  • If you open the item and use it, then change your mind, please understand that we are not able to re-sell the item. Please contact us and we will do what we can to help you. We may give you partial refund or partial credit toward your next purchase.

  • PAYMENT
  • We accept payment via PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. You may use your PayPal balance or any MAJOR CREDIT CARD to purchase the item on PayPal.
  • Making a payment through PayPal is easy and convenient. Pay with your PayPal balance, or debit/credit card. If you would like more information about PayPal visit their web site at paypal.com.
  • When making a payment you are transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, or personal information used in the process of making a payment is received by us.
  • Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.
  • After choosing an item you can click on "ADD TO CART" button, you'll be directed to PayPal Shopping Card. Then you can "CHECK OUT" or "CONTINUE SHOPPING". When you choose "CONTINUE SHOPPING", your item will be stored on PayPal Shopping Card. You can "REMOVE" any item from shopping card prior to purchase.

  • SHIPPING
  • We ship Monday through Friday via US Postal Service next business day on all small items (First Class Package Service) with delivery in 2 to 5 business days (depending upon delivery location). All larger items will be shipped with Parcel Service 2 to 8 business days
  • Once the item is shipped you will receive email notification with a tracking number.
  • If your item gets lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. We are dedicated to making sure you receive your item in a safe and timely manner.
  • We ship within Continental United States. We are unable to ship INTERNATIONAL.
