Policy & Procedures


• If you receive a WRONG ITEM please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item and we will provide you with return shipping address. We will replace the item with no additional cost to you.

• If you purchased an item, change your mind within 7 calendar days of purchase and want to return the item, please contact us and we will provide return address as long as the item is NOT OPENED and Factory Package is not tampered. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping). We also charge 20% re-stocking fee.
• If you open the item and use it, then change your mind, please understand that we are not able to re-sell the item. Please contact us and we’ll do what we can to help you. We may give you partial refund or partial credit toward your next purchase.
